Reaching and connecting with donors
hairyLemon worked with Air Rescue to refresh their existing website. The new website needed to act as a central hub to provide information about their cause, capture their audiences attention, and encourage visitors to make a donation.
Lea Goddard, Creative Executive at Air Rescue confirms: "Our work at the trust is incredibly dynamic, so we needed our website to reflect this, with the ultimate goal of motivating people to donate.
hairyLemon turned our ideas and needs into a cohesive vision, whilst bringing in new, fresh ideas, combined with their great technical knowledge."
hairyLemon worked closely with Air Rescue supporting them with digital marketing activities including training, online advertising and email marketing.
Expanding reach and awareness
The Air Rescue team now have a better understanding of how the website and Google AdWords are impacting their enquiries, and awareness in the market.
"Understanding the impact of our digital efforts allows us to better tailor content to our audiences, which creates a higher level of engagement with our cause.
Our audiences now have a higher level of motivation to donate. Being able to measure this impact, and show the progress allows us to justify the resource allocation to digital – which when working in charity is paramount," Lea says.
