Coupland's Bakeries are one of the largest independently-owned bakery chains in New Zealand - they have been family owned and operated since 1971.
We have accompanied Coupland’s through their brand refresh and modernisation process. Our work has been focused on enhancing their website in terms of UX design and technology, as well as advancing their online presence with “Click and Collect” and "Click and Ship" online shopping.

Coupland's came to us with the challenge of implementing their refreshed brand positioning on a new site, while still appealing to their very loyal customer base. We designed a website for them that showcases their products using engaging images and an easy-to-navigate product catalogue for desktop and mobile devices.
Coupland’s re-brand was only the first step in the modernisation process the company has planned. We have accompanied them on this journey with our digital consultancy and expertise in development.
To counter the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have set Coupland’s up with a “Click & Collect” online shopping system that helped them through this tough time for the retail industry.
